All the amenities: sink, shower, towels, monogrammed shower curtain, complementary shampoo...
The tub in this bathroom has always leaked into the den below. After countless years of recaulking, I finally determined that the tile grout itself was bad and was letting water through the wall. The plastic lining the shower was the solution.

The leaking was a source of contention ever since I began using this bathroom. Later I realized that the shower in the master bathroom was just as leaky, if not worse, but was never an issue because it leaked into the garage, and the destroyed ceiling there was not an issue. |
|
My dad knew you were coming, so he made sure the water in the bowl was blue and fresh for you.
Smoke 'em now if you got 'em, because the downstairs bath is still full of paper towels, and the master bath is, well, you'll see.
