All over the city, in just about every park, memorials were setup by the respective neighborhoods. These were taken over at Washington Square Park. I chose this site over Union Square park mainly because WSP had a view of the WTC. On a side note, all items that were part of the memorial were collected and archived by the department of parks for later use as a display, possibly museum use.
